“Partners in ministry” best describes Foothills United Methodist Church. We invite you to share in worship, personal growth, and service to others as partners in a ministry of celebration and reconciliation, based on the love of Jesus Christ.

 

At Foothills, we seek that quality of Christian fellowship which encourages honesty and affirms diversity. We rejoice that our differences need not divide us, but rather increase our understanding, respect and usefulness to God. As the apostle Paul puts it, “there would not be a body if it were all of the same part! As it is, there are many parts but one body.” (1 Corinthians 12:19-20)

Our long range emphases at this time is to grow in our spiritual lives, offer Christ’s way of joy to others, and reach out especially to youth and young families. We are developing plans for a new building that would enhance these objectives.

 

Jesus invites us “as we are” to experience God’s unconditional love. And His words, “follow me” to disciples nearly two thousand years ago, still call us today.

 

Let us respond with a loud “YES!”
