Parents' Night Out

Parenting may be the most difficult and rewarding job you’ll ever have, and everyone needs a break once in a while. Parents' Night Out is a chance for parents to drop their children off at church for supervised play while they enjoy some time to themselves.

Families Serving Together

Periodic opportunities for families to spend time together and enabling children to get in the habit of serving others.

Easter Egg Hunt

Our Easter services conclude with a huge Easter egg hunt. Children of all ages enjoy searching our gardens and play areas for eggs filled with treats and trinkets.

Vacation Bible School

Every summer the sanctuary is transformed into a place a wonder for a week long Vacation Bible School. Children are engaged in Christian teaching through, play, songs, crafts and skits. The older kids and parents are always invited to volunteer and be a part of this special time.

Jerusalem Faire

Hands-on activities for the whole family in every shop in Jerusalem. The baker, the jeweler, candle maker and many other shops in Old Jerusalem give you a taste of what it was like during Jesus' time.

Christmas Pageant

The children of the congregation bring the wonder of the birth of Jesus Christ alive with the annual Christmas Pageant. The performance by the children has become a part of the tradition of the Christmas season at Foothills United Methodist Church.
