Balancing Our Cups and Plates
Ladies, the time has come to start registering for our annual retreat at Zephyr Point Conference Center in South Lake Tahoe. Our annual retreat is the third weekend in August, so this year it will start in the evening of Friday, August 20 and end after Sunday Communion Service on August 22.
We are fortunate to have Pastor Becky Goodwin, from the Rancho Cordova Methodist Church, be our retreat pastor this year. So, give yourself this gift and settle back, experience the soothing sounds of the water lapping at the shore, the breeze through your hair, the sweet smelling clean, crisp air and the special bonding of us all; sisters, caring, sharing, learning, exploring, and finding spiritual peace together. Let's explore how filling up on God's Holy Spirit by many means of grace will enable us to have more than enough love to give. As Becky guides us, learn when your cup overflows, then you can fill up your plate! Take this opportunity to know and feel God by your side, He is there, just take the time to listen and feel His guidance.
