Youth Sunday School

Youth in grades 6^th -8^th are welcome in our Junior High Sunday School. Curriculum called “Rock Solid” which focuses on the similarities and differences between bible-time happenings and the present-day is used. This helps the early teenage youth deal with situations found in their every day lives through examples of our faith learned long ago that are relevant now. Scripture, drama, video, art, and personal interaction are the tools of learning here. This group also focuses on certain bible basics like the Lord’s Prayer and the 10 Commandments, which help to ground them. 

 

Youth in grades 9^th - 12^th are invited to join Senior High Sunday School. Curriculum called “Scriptures for Life” is a four-year combination of Old Testament, Gospels, and New Testament scriptures chosen specifically for their importance to our faith and/or for their relevance to real-life situations that may be prominent in teen life. Scripture, video, and drama add adventure.
